On July 15th, NYSSIU and NYACT held our Annual Joint Summer Conference at The Thayer Hotel in historic West Point, NY. Our esteemed speakers included Jeff Rapattoni from Marshall Dennehey, Regional Directors for Travelers Insurance Shannon Kulnis and Aaron Goldstein, and a discussion panel moderated by Frank Sztuk from the Delta Group, in which there were over 100 insurance and law enforcement professionals in attendance. Honored at this event was Doug Chu from AIPSO who was given the NYSSIU Lifetime Membership Award, also special recognition from our partner organization NYACT, for his service and valuable contributions to both organizations over the years on his retirement from the industry, and whom we all wish well in pursuing this new chapter in his life.
